Information you share
If you use our inquiry form, we ask for your name, email address, project type, approximate timing, and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.
How submissions are handled
When online delivery is enabled and you press Send, the form sends those details to a Bergsy-only server endpoint hosted by Vercel. That endpoint uses Resend to deliver your email to our Microsoft 365 business inbox. These providers may process and retain information under their own service terms. We use inquiry content to review your request and communicate with you. We do not sell inquiry information.
Technical information
Our hosting and email providers may process ordinary technical information such as network identifiers and timestamps for security, operational logging, and message delivery. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. The current site does not use advertising pixels or a user-tracking analytics platform.
Retention and requests
We keep business correspondence as needed to respond to inquiries and maintain appropriate records. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent by emailing us; some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
